Our Epping Office is actively looking for a Solicitor specialising in Commercial and Construction Law or an experienced Consultant QS, preferably with additional qualifications relating to construction/contractual law.
This position will be based in our Epping office and focused on supporting our clients in the following geographical areas:
- London
- South East
- East of England

Contract Consultant Quantity Surveyors / Commercial Managers
Our offices are interested in hearing from experienced Contract Consultant Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers. We have a number of excellent opportunities and are always keen to hear from potential consultants, even if they are not immediately available for work.
Current opportunities include work in the following geographical areas:
- Banbury
- Birmingham / West Midlands
- London
- East England
Successful candidates for these contract roles should be able to demonstrate experience and aptitude in some if not all of the following areas:
- problem solving,
- analysing contractual rights and obligations,
- preparing reports and schedules for use in dispute resolution forums,
- letter and report writing;
- preparing contractual claims, and
- actively managing problem situations with a view to avoiding formal disputes.
These positions would suit candidates from all backgrounds within the construction industry. Our clients work in building, civil engineering, M&E installations, rail and process engineering and most other sectors within and related to the construction industry.
The nature of our work does not always demand a specialism in any particular industry sector as the ability to analyse issues and develop solutions is more important.

- Cardiff/Wales/South West
- Bristol / South West (involving the set up of a new Bristol Office)
