In essence the service we provide is a problem avoidance or solving one, using our professional skills and qualifications to assist our clients overcome the difficulties they encounter. Such problems may be financial, technical or performance related, and invariably to resolve the problem satisfactorily we need to bring to bear a combination of skills including commercial and/or technical experience in the Construction Industry and legal, engineering, design and commercial qualifications. It is this combination of skills and qualifications that is the cornerstone of the success of our business.

The professional disciplines and/or qualifications of the people we employ are as follows:

  • Masters in Construction Law and Arbitration
  • Chartered Institute of Arbitrators – all categories
  • Quantity Surveyors – all categories
  • Engineer – all categories
  • Project Manager
  • Construction and Contracts Manager
  • Planner

Drawing from these professional disciplines, our staff will generally have a few years’ experience in the Construction Industry but quite often will not be experienced in our specialist field. Accordingly, we employ people in different categories depending on their experience and qualifications and which categories are as follows:

  • Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Consultant
  • Senior Consultant
  • Legally Qualified Consultant
