Alway Associates regularly hold public seminars available to anyone who wants to attend. These seminars may be brief free of charge updates on a specific issue or day long seminars addressing areas of construction contracts and law.

The formats of these seminars vary according to the requirements. The following are some of the events that we organise or are involved in:

Breakfast Seminars (Free of charge)

Alway Associates hold regular, free of charge, breakfast seminars covering issues of topical interest. Seminars are held in various locations around the country. Subject matter will range from brief updates on the latest versions of standard forms of contracts, or contract law, to classic issues such as design liabilities, partnering, letters of intent or how to get paid.

The format of these seminars may vary slightly but generally will be as follows

07.45 – 08.15	Arrival, registration, tea & coffee and light breakfast
08.15 – 09.15	Presentation
09.15 – 09.30	Questions and answers
09.30 – 10.00	Refreshments and informal discussions

Brief notes and certificates of attendance for CPD purposes will be supplied to all attendees.
