NEC, JCT, PPC, GC/works, DOM, ICE, or others all have their own characteristics and strengths and weaknesses from the user’s viewpoint.

With an awareness gained through our years of experience in the construction industry, we are able to guide our clients through the maze of standard forms enabling them to choose the one best suited to meet their objectives.

Where bespoke agreements or amendments to standard forms are required we will seek to ensure that the allocation of risk is clearly expressed and reflects our client’s requirements.

We advise our clients on the inherent risks of contracts that they may be being asked to work to and assist them in negotiating practical terms that meet the requirements of a particular project.

We also offer training to those responsible for running these contract to ensure that they are aware of the commercial issues and have the knowledge to manage such contract in the most effective way.
