Construction Contracts, Law and Commercial In-house training seminars & courses
Alway Associates have a wealth of experience in providing in-house seminars and training in all relevant subjects, including General Contract Law, Claims Preparation/Analysis, Standard Forms of Contracts, Negotiation, Arbitration and Measurement.
We are pleased to create new courses or adapt existing ones to suit the specific requirements of individual companies.
Our training courses cover all sectors of the construction and related industries. When clients wish to procure seminars from Alway Associates we will provide the following:
- Detailed programmes for the course prepared in consultation with the client and setting out each aspect of the subject matter to be dealt with.
- A master set of comprehensive seminar notes containing text dealing with all the key elements of the subject matter in question and where relevant worked examples and practical guidance. This master set of notes is then provided to the client well in advance of the course date. They can be provided in paper and/or electronic format as required.
- Where appropriate, questions and worked examples set in a practical and real life context for the purposes of tutorials and practical exercises.
- A highly qualified speaker able to take questions and comments from the delegates and to illustrate the subject matter based on the delegates’ own experiences. Indeed the exchanges of questions and answers and the interface between the speakers and delegates are actively encouraged.
- Certificates of attendance to delegates for the purposes of CPD requirements.
- We will also ask all candidates to complete feedback forms. Copies of these are sent to the relevant company department and we will use them as part of our continuous efforts to enhance the quality of our seminars and training courses.
